Bojana Duovski

Bojana was born and raised in Amsterdam and built her career in the international advertising industry, where she became a Managing Director in 10 years from the starting position of office assistant.

For the last 17 years she has been a serial entrepreneur. With one of her companies Concierge Amsterdam; she has served the rich & famous who visited Amsterdam.

Her drive is to matter to others; no one should be excluded and everyone deserves a chance. She is gifted to recognise and acknowledge talent and connect worlds which are too far apart. She is philosophical and sensitive to synchronicity and known for questioning the status quo by observing in detail, reading between the lines and listening to what isn’t said. From her perspective anything is possible, and therefore she is confident in risk taking and colouring outside the lines. She is able to take people along and cultivate a pay it forward mentality by leading by example.

In 2020, she volunteered at Foundation Studiezalen to contribute to the growing inequality of opportunity in Amsterdam. Nowadays, she is their external consultant, with the title Mover & Shaker and makes sure the foundation, its employees and the citizens of Amsterdam become stronger and grow.
