Credit Card Purchase Security Statement – For Transactions Made Using Monri
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for the prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
Purchase Terms and Conditions
These conditions apply to different sections, including the process of payment, product delivery, as well as complaints regarding the bought products. In this case, Bosnia and Herzegovina Futures Foundation (Fondacija budućnosti u BiH) is the Merchant, while the page visitor is the Customer.
Ordering and the Process of Payment
Customer has an option of buying two types of tickets for the Futures Leaders Summit 2023 event. This can be achieved on the tickets page (fls.ba/tickets).
All prices are in USD, without VAT since the Organizer is not VAT liable. Approximate prices in BAM are as follows:
- Early Bird Get Inspired Ticket | 43 USD | 79 BAM
- Regular Get Inspired Ticket | 59 USD | 109 BAM
- Late Bird Get Inspired Ticket | 73 USD | 139 BAM
- Regular Loading Changemaker | 99 USD | 179 BAM
All payments will be affected in BAM currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion according to the current exchange rate of the local National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
After selecting one of the tickets, Customer must choose the number of tickets which will be bought. Customer can optionally enter a coupon code (discount) as well.
In the last section (checkout) the Customer is obliged to enter the information of the payer (full name, email, address, phone number, city, country and zip code).
When all of the previous steps have been fulfilled, the Customer can freely choose one of the payment methods provided (PayPal or Monri), in order to have the order paid and finalised.
After a successful payment, the Customer should receive a payment confirmation email which provides the payment summary. It is then considered that the Customer has ordered and paid for the product.
To generate an invoice, the Customer needs to initiate a custom request by contacting email@example.com and specifying invoicing needs. This invoice serves as a formal record of the transaction and is an integral part of our billing process. It includes essential details such as the product description, price, payment method, and transaction date. We ensure that the invoicing procedure is accurate and transparent to maintain a smooth and trustworthy relationship with our valued Customers.
Once the payment process is successfully completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the number of ticket codes they have purchased. Additionally, the email will provide instructions on the official registration process (redeem) for the event.
Successful delivery of these emails signifies that the product is delivered to the Customer.
To ensure attendance and gather essential personal information, each ticket code recipient must complete the official registration. This registration can be easily finalized by visiting the official registration page (fls.ba/redeem-ticket).
If there are any complaints about the product or the payment process in general, the Customer should contact one of our staff members, through the contact form, available at www.fls.ba.
Written answers should be provided within 7 (seven) working days.
We provide a refund option for products purchased up to one week before the commencement of the 2023 Futures Leaders Summit. It’s important to mention that our dedicated staff members personally oversee the handling of refund requests to guarantee a seamless process. If a refund is required, the Customer should submit their refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days and credited to the Customer’s account used for the original purchase.
Personal data collecting and protection statement – Monri payments
We are committed to provide service of protection of our Customer’s personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our Customers about the way we collect information and regularly give Customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information are strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information to complete the job. All our employees and business partners are responsible for following the principles of confidentiality protection.
The Organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes will be applied to the use of the www.fls.ba site. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.
The services provided to you by the Organizer do not include the costs you bear for using computer equipment and services to access our pages. The Organizer is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may arise.
