Organizer Details

The Futures Leaders Summit is organized by the Bosnia and Herzegovina Futures Foundation, based in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. For any questions regarding these terms, contact us at fls@bhfuturesfoundation.org.

Payment & Security

Ticket payments are processed through the Monri payment gateway using TLS encryption and the SSL protocol with 128-bit data encryption. Monri holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest level of payment security certification available. Credit card numbers are not stored by the Organizer at any point during the transaction.

Ticket Pricing

Ticket prices vary depending on the purchase window (e.g. Super Early Bird, Early Bird, Regular pricing) as displayed at checkout. All listed prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by your card provider.

Refund Policy

Refunds are permitted within 30 days of purchase, provided the ticket code remains unredeemed and the event has not yet occurred. Once a ticket has been redeemed or the event has taken place, the right to a refund is irrevocably waived. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days.

Ticket Donations

Where offered, ticket donations fund tickets for Bosnia and Herzegovina students through a merit-based selection process. Donations are final and non-refundable, and donors receive no direct goods or services in return.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
