Dejana Ugrenovic

Dejana has ten years of experience combined in the IT industry and research environment. Her main focus for the past few years has been on research and development of state-of-the-art machine learning techniques in the field of computer vision regarding the risk mitigation for autonomous systems. Dejana worked on the design of innovative strategies as an effective way to improve machine learning resilience to errors. She has also dedicated a lot of my time to research and development of machine learning models to answer and improve business questions and logic.

In her earlier career, she has worked as a tech-lead with tasks such as introduction of clear instructions for the team on a daily basis and creating end goals, training and mentorship to junior team members and identifying and encouraging areas for growth within the team.
