Dr. Elvir ฤauลกeviฤ, Esq. is a rebel entrepreneur, wisdom activist, and cross-disciplinary leader whose career spans engineering, law, investment banking, academia, and transformational leadership. He is the founder and Managing Director of Tech+IP Capital, a boutique investment bank focused on technology and intellectual property, and the driving force behind Upend, a new school dedicated to reviving ancient wisdom traditions for modern life. He also serves on the boards of EarthLaw and WorkLife Law.
Displaced by war as a teenager, Elvir learned early what it means to lose a country and to find home across disparate worlds. That experience shaped his lifelong kinship with the โotheredโ and fuels his deep commitment to justice, meaning, and stewardship of the Earth. A father of four, a lover of wild rivers and old-growth forests, he speaks openly of the moment when one can no longer pretend not to know a more beautiful way of living.
Professionally, Dr. ฤauลกeviฤ is an internationally recognized technology, IP, and investment banking executive. He holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law, with additional training in finance, economics, and transformational coaching. He has founded and led multiple technology companies, raised over $50 million in venture capital, advised governments, global corporations, and research institutions, and is a named inventor on more than 20 patents. His peers have recognized him as one of the Top 40 IP Dealmakers globally.
