Mersed Camdzic

Mersed Čamdžić graduated from the Faculty of Information Technologies in Mostar, and obtained his MBA at the prestigious Bled School of Management in Slovenia. The desire to create something in his country that will allow young people to stay and develop in Bosnia and Herzegovina led to the establishment of the IT company Mistral, which today employs over 300 top experts in Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka, Tuzla.

He has been successfully building the company he always dreamed of working at for the past 12 years. Mistral is the product of his vision of a place where employees support each other personally as much as they do professionally, where they’re bound by trust and where success is primarily measured by how happy they are.
