Donate a Ticket Terms

Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. About Donate a Ticket

The Donate a Ticket programme enables individuals and organizations to support participation in Futures Leaders Summit by providing funding for tickets for eligible students from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The programme is administered by:

Bosnia and Herzegovina Futures Foundation (Fondacija budućnosti u BiH)
Porodice Ribar 45
71000 Sarajevo
Bosnia and Herzegovina

ID/Tax No.: 4210345760007
Registry No.: RF: 174, Book II

2. A Donation Is Not a Ticket Purchase

When you select Donate a Ticket, you are making a voluntary financial contribution to the Foundation.

You are not purchasing an admission ticket for yourself, and the contribution does not give the donor any right to attend Futures Leaders Summit.

No goods or services are provided to the donor in exchange for the contribution.

3. Purpose of the Donation

Donate-a-Ticket contributions are used to support access to Futures Leaders Summit 2026 for eligible students from Bosnia and Herzegovina through the Foundation’s Student Grant programme.

The Foundation is responsible for administering the funds and awarding supported tickets.

4. Selection of Students

Before the Event, the Foundation will conduct an application and selection process for Student Grant recipients.

Applications will be evaluated through a selection process established by the Foundation according to the applicable eligibility and selection criteria.

Making a donation does not entitle the donor to select, nominate or influence the selection of a particular recipient.

A donated ticket therefore supports the Student Grant programme rather than creating a direct relationship between the donor and a particular student.

5. Use of Contributions if FLS 2026 Is Cancelled

If Futures Leaders Summit 2026 takes place, Donate-a-Ticket contributions will be used to support student participation in FLS 2026.

If Futures Leaders Summit 2026 is cancelled in its entirety and does not take place, contributions that can no longer be used for FLS 2026 student participation may be carried forward and used by the Foundation for a future FLS Student Grant programme or a substantially equivalent Foundation programme intended to provide educational or professional-development opportunities to students.

6. Payments

Donate-a-Ticket contributions are currently processed through PayPal.

The payment provider may process certain payment and transaction information independently in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.

7. Refunds

Because a Donate-a-Ticket contribution is a voluntary donation rather than the purchase of an Event ticket, donations are generally final and non-refundable once successfully processed.

This does not affect any refund or other right that must be provided under applicable law.

The Foundation may correct or refund a transaction in cases such as a duplicate payment, an evident technical error, an unauthorized transaction or another exceptional circumstance that the Foundation considers appropriate.

Requests concerning an apparent payment error should be sent promptly to:

office@bhfuturesfoundation.org

8. Tax Treatment

The Foundation does not represent or guarantee that a Donate-a-Ticket contribution will be tax deductible in the donor’s country of residence.

Tax treatment differs between jurisdictions and may depend on the donor’s individual circumstances.

Donors who require advice regarding tax deductibility or accounting treatment should consult an appropriately qualified tax adviser.

Upon request, the Foundation may provide confirmation of the transaction or other documentation that it is legally able to issue. Such documentation does not itself constitute a guarantee of tax deductibility.

9. Personal Data

Personal data associated with Donate-a-Ticket contributions is processed in accordance with the FLS Privacy Policy.

Making a donation does not automatically subscribe the donor to marketing communications.

10. Liability

The Foundation is responsible for administering the Donate-a-Ticket programme and will use contributions in accordance with the purposes described in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Foundation does not guarantee that a donor’s contribution will be assigned to a particular student or create any rights in relation to the recipient-selection process.

11. Governing Law

These Donate a Ticket Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that apply to a donor and cannot lawfully be excluded.
