The Bosnia and Herzegovina Futures Foundation is referred to below as the “Foundation”, “Organizer”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
These Ticket Terms & Conditions apply to tickets purchased through the FLS website.
2. Event and Tickets
A ticket provides the holder with admission to Futures Leaders Summit 2026 and the benefits described for that ticket on the FLS website at the time of purchase.
The programme, speakers, session times and other elements of the Event may be changed where reasonably necessary. Changes to individual speakers, sessions or the programme do not constitute cancellation of the Event and do not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Tickets are subject to availability.
3. Prices
All ticket prices are stated in Bosnia and Herzegovina convertible marks (BAM).
The total price payable, including any applicable taxes, will be clearly displayed before the Customer completes the order.
FLS may offer promotional pricing during different sales periods, including:
Super Early Bird Regular Ticket: 130 BAM until 14 August 2026
Early Bird Regular Ticket: 160 BAM from 15 August until 15 September 2026
Regular Ticket: 250 BAM from 16 September until 18 December 2026
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, tickets purchased during different pricing periods provide the same Regular Ticket benefits.
The Organizer may change future prices, promotional periods or ticket availability. A later price change does not affect an order that has already been completed.
4. Ordering and Payment
To purchase a ticket, the Customer selects the desired ticket and completes the checkout process.
Information requested at checkout may include the Customer’s full name, email address, billing address, telephone number, city, country and postal code.
Online card payments are processed through Monri WebPay. The cards and other payment methods currently accepted are displayed during checkout.
All card transactions are processed in BAM. If the Customer’s card or account is denominated in another currency, the card issuer or payment network may convert the transaction using its applicable exchange rate and may charge additional conversion or foreign-transaction fees. The Organizer does not determine those exchange rates or fees.
Before completing payment, the Customer will be shown the order and final amount payable and must actively accept these Ticket Terms & Conditions.
A purchase is completed when payment has been successfully authorized and the Organizer issues an electronic order confirmation.
5. Ticket Delivery and Redemption
Tickets are delivered electronically.
Following successful payment, the Customer will receive an email confirming the purchase and containing the purchased ticket code or codes together with instructions for registration and redemption.
If the confirmation email is not received within a reasonable period after successful payment, the Customer should contact fls@bhfuturesfoundation.org. The Organizer will verify the transaction and, where appropriate, resend the ticket information.
Each ticket code must be redeemed through the official FLS ticket-registration process at fls.ba/redeem-ticket. The ticket redemption page will be made available no later than 1 September 2026.
Unless otherwise stated, an unredeemed ticket code may be given to another intended attendee. Once a ticket has been redeemed and associated with a registered attendee, changes to attendee information may require approval from the Organizer.
Ticket codes must be kept secure. The Organizer may invalidate duplicated, fraudulently obtained or unlawfully resold codes.
6. Invoices and Transaction Records
An electronic order confirmation and payment summary will be sent following a successful transaction.
The Organizer will issue any fiscal, accounting or transaction document required by applicable law.
Customers requiring an invoice containing specific individual or organizational information may contact:
office@bhfuturesfoundation.org
7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that applies under law.
Under the Consumer Protection Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina, consumers entering certain distance contracts have a right to withdraw without giving a reason within 15 days. For services, the period begins on the day the contract is concluded, subject to the statutory exceptions.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the Organizer will refund the amount paid without undue delay and, in any event, within the period required by applicable law.
If performance of the relevant service begins before the statutory withdrawal period has expired with the Customer’s consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited in accordance with applicable law.
In addition to any mandatory statutory rights, the Organizer voluntarily provides the following refund policy:
A Customer may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, provided that:
- the ticket has not been redeemed;
- the Event has not been attended; and
- the Event date has not passed.
Refund requests should be sent to office@bhfuturesfoundation.org and should include sufficient information to identify the relevant order.
Where a refund is valid under applicable law or approved under this voluntary refund policy, it will be returned to the original payment method.
Redemption of a ticket may terminate eligibility under the Organizer’s voluntary 30-day refund policy but does not remove any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Cancellation or Postponement
If the entire Event is cancelled and no replacement date is offered, Customers will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price actually paid.
If the Event is postponed to a new date, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled Event. Customers who are unable to attend the new date may request a refund within 30 days after the postponement is announced.
Changes to individual speakers, sessions, scheduling or other programme elements do not constitute cancellation or postponement of the Event.
Unless required by applicable law, the Organizer is not responsible for separately booked travel, accommodation, visa costs or other expenses incurred by attendees.
9. Admission and Conduct
Attendees must comply with reasonable Event, venue, health, safety and security instructions and with the FLS Code of Conduct.
The Organizer may refuse admission or require an attendee to leave where reasonably necessary because of serious misconduct, harassment, violence, threats, safety concerns, fraud or a serious breach of these Terms or the Code of Conduct.
Any restriction of refund rights in such circumstances remains subject to mandatory applicable law.
10. Complaints
Questions or complaints relating to ticket purchases, payment, delivery or the Event may be submitted to fls@bhfuturesfoundation.org or through the contact form on the FLS website.
The Organizer will acknowledge and review complaints and aims to provide a written response within eight days.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not responsible for indirect losses or expenses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the ticket was purchased.
The Organizer is not responsible for failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control but will take reasonable steps to minimize their effect and comply with applicable obligations concerning cancellation, postponement and refunds.
12. Personal Data and Event Media
Personal data relating to ticket purchases and Event participation is processed in accordance with the FLS Privacy Policy.
Photography, video and audio recording may take place during the Event. Further information about how Event media is used and the rights of attendees is provided in the Privacy Policy.
13. Event Communications
The Organizer may contact ticket purchasers and registered attendees with communications reasonably necessary to administer their purchase or participation in the Event.
These communications may include ticket and registration information, check-in instructions, venue information, programme or schedule changes, safety information, cancellation or postponement notices and other important Event-related information.
These service communications are separate from optional marketing communications and may be sent regardless of whether the Customer has subscribed to marketing.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to them and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
15. Changes to these Terms
The version of these Terms in effect when a ticket is purchased governs that purchase.
The Organizer may update these Terms for future purchases or where changes are required by law. Material changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired by Customers.
