Futures Leaders Summit is intended to be a welcoming, professional and respectful environment for all participants.
We expect attendees, speakers, volunteers, partners, staff and other participants to treat one another with dignity and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threats, unwanted sexual attention, violence, deliberate disruption or other behaviour that creates an unsafe or hostile environment will not be tolerated.
Participants should respect personal boundaries, follow reasonable instructions from FLS staff and venue personnel, and comply with applicable safety and security requirements.
Anyone who experiences or witnesses inappropriate behaviour is encouraged to contact an FLS team member during the Event or report the matter to:
The Organizer may take reasonable action in response to a breach of this Code, including a warning, removal from a session or venue, or removal from the Event in serious cases.
Reports will be handled as discreetly as reasonably possible, taking into account the need to investigate and respond appropriately.
