Dr. Martina Matusko is a Quantum Projects Manager at planqc, where she works on the development and deployment of neutral-atom quantum computing systems. Her expertise spans atomic physics, laser and optical systems, quantum technologies, and experimental system integration. She holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Mostar and completed her PhD at the FEMTO-ST Institute in France, focusing on ytterbium-based active optical atomic clocks and ultra-stable frequency references. Before pursuing her PhD, she gained diverse industry experience in retail operations, personnel management, and software development. This combination of scientific, technical, and management experience now supports her work at the intersection of quantum technology and project leadership.
